No estaba bien limpio y de lujo no tenía nada.

La signora Rossella è stata super gentile, avevamo un matrimonio e siamo arrivati per colpa del traffico molto tardi, lei ci ha aiutato a finalizzare il check in velocissimo così da arrivare puntuali. Struttura nel cuore di Sorrento.

The accommodation was disappointing. There was no coffee machine in the kitchen, which made the stay less comfortable and rather unwelcoming. In addition, a third person slept on a mattress on the floor, which did not feel like a proper sleeping arrangement. Overall, it did not meet our expectations.

Ubicación y amplitud del espacio. Un departamento muy cómodo y funcional, con todo lo necesario para una estadía placentera

El agua caliente dura poco… podrían mejorarlo

Fantastic location, spacious and clean. Little balcony looking over the crowded streets, great atmosphere.

Amazing location right in the centre of shopping areas. Close to lift down to the beach or port. Easy entry and check in. Very handy for several restaurants. Spacious rooms and good value for Sorrento.

Beds are not very comfortable and the second bedroom is only suitable for a child not an adult. There’s room for a better bed. Shower has been mentioned and there is a note in the apartment to allow 30 minutes for shower to reheat but not practical for 3 people. Should be enough for at least two showers. Enough room for some comfortable seating.

2nd bedroom. Bed was under built in wardrobe . No mirror. No bedside light. No bed locker. No chair. No Armchairs to watch TV. No toaster. No bottle opener. Only 2 knifes . No reading lamps. No dishwasher tablets. No stopper in bathroom sink. Hot shower lasts 10 mins and takes 30 mins to heat water for next shower. No fly curtains / screens on any windows. Towels too old and hard.
