The location is primo! The rooms are big and there’s a lot of space for a city apartment. Located only one floor up, so easy access, plus elevator for luggage! Kitchen well equipped, A/C worked perfectly. Loved the tall ceilings and windows opening out to the street. Perfectly located for all our activities, 10-15 min walk to the port, market 3 blocks, gelato and restaurants surround you. Staff was welcoming. Would stay again!!

The hot water runs out quickly- but to be expected in city apartment!

No hot water

The location was excellent, secure, and has plenty of space. It was only a short walk from our taxi drop-off point and only a short walk to our tour starting points. We were close enough that we could easily head back to the apartment between shopping and exploring.

The TV is in the kitchen, so it was a little uncomfortable to sit and watch TV from the dining table. We had to be careful with our shower routine for the 4 of us as the hot water would run out.

Beautiful spacious apartment, very clean and newly refurbished with a very central location. Effective air conditioning and double glazing in the bedrooms, meaning a good nights sleep even though we were right in the heart of Sorrento. Lots of little extras such as complimentary toiletries and kitchen basics left for us. The apartment had everything we needed, new appliances and plenty of wardrobe space, good Wi-Fi and large tv in kitchen area.

Our only complaints could be easily resolved and would have meant the property receiving a perfect score. The main issue is the lack of information in the apartment, in fact there wasn’t any information at all. We weren’t given a Wi-Fi code so had to ring the contact number to get it. We had no idea what to do with the rubbish, recycling etc. We were only given one set of keys which was difficult when we were 2 couples with different itineraries during the day, on our last day we discovered a second apartment key left inside the the property but the key to the external door was missing. In the second bedroom there are two single beds, it’s a large room and it might have been nice if we’d been given the option of having these clipped together to provide a double if needed. The second single could have used a small bedside table or even a stool or some other item of furniture close by to avoid having to put your phone glasses etc on the floor.
