Extremely Disappointing – Definitely NOT a 5-Star Hotel We stayed at Orbi City Aparthotel for a week, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. The listing on the booking site was completely misleading – it claimed to be a 5-star hotel with luxurious amenities, including breakfast, a private beach, and free parking. None of this lived up to expectations. Communication with the owner was a disaster. They rarely answered calls or messages. We contacted them when we couldn’t find a parking spot after circling the building six times. They sent us a location near their private store, which we couldn’t find, and then stopped responding altogether. The room was far from clean. We found dirty towels with someone else's hair on them, and the bed looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly. During the entire 7-day stay, there was no room cleaning – not even once. The so-called "breakfast" was a joke. Each morning, a child delivered a plastic container with what looked like an omelette and sausages. It did not look safe or hygienic to eat, so we never touched it. On top of that, there was no cutlery in the room. The bathroom was also a nightmare – dirty, no toilet paper, and again, no response from the owner when we asked for it. One of the worst parts of the stay was the elevator situation. The elevators barely worked, and we lost 15 to 30 minutes every day just waiting for them. For a place with so many floors, this is unacceptable. Overall, Orbi City Aparthotel felt more like a rundown hostel with individual room owners who don't care about the guests. There is nothing 5-star about this place. Based on our experience, it barely deserves one star, if that. We strongly recommend avoiding this property unless the management and standards drastically improve.

Очень не советую этот отель: персонал не говорит ни по-английски, ни по-русски, получить ключи было очень сложно. Мы оплатили номера с завтраком - по факту никакого завтрака не было, сказали (через длительную переписку по гугл-транслейт), что надо доплатить за завтрак. Апартаменты разбитые, дырявые шторы, не особо чисто, неуютно. Сами башни Орби ужасающе огромны. Лифт ждешь по 15 минут, все время в толпе...зато центр ). В итоге уехали раньше на сутки.

Мы заранее забронировали отель и предупредили, что приедем в другую дату ранним утром. Наш автобус прибыл в Батуми в 5 утра, к 6 часам мы уже были у отеля. На ресепшене нам сообщили, что это частные апартаменты, и нужно звонить хозяину, чтобы узнать номер комнаты. Мы несколько часов пытались дозвониться по указанному номеру, но так и не смогли связаться. Уставшие и голодные, мы ждали, но никто не вышел на связь. До сих пор, спустя 4 дня, нам так никто и не перезвонил и не написал. При этом мы заметили, что мы были не единственными в такой ситуации — рядом оказалось много людей, которые столкнулись с той же проблемой. Забронировать другой отель в столь раннее время оказалось невозможно, все варианты через ресепшен также были заняты. Мы впервые столкнулись с подобным, и что особенно неприятно — нас никто заранее не предупредил о таких нюансах. Как оказалось позже, подобные ситуации здесь происходят довольно часто.

Хороший номер, большой балкон, боковой вид на море

В номере нет микроволновки, только плитка. Чайник был сломан, пришлось самой его относить на замену. В стоимость был включён завтрак, но принести его в первое утро просто забыли. Правда, стоимость компенсировали. Внутреннего телефона для связи с арендодателем не предусмотрено, а на звонки по мобильному он не отвечает и сообщения в WhatsApp не читает. Из 2х суток пребывания 12 часов в корпусе отсутствовал электричество. Генератор обслуживал только лифты
