Apt located on the second floor - No lift

The location is elevated so you can see plenty below, including a village. Mountains in the background on both sides. Close to electric charging and parking included. Well equipped apartment and clean.

A bit of noise in one of the bedrooms - the one close to the street.

- Proximity to major town centres like Borca Di Cadore, Cortina D'Ampezzo etc. - Lot of good restaurants within 10 mins drive. - There is a gas station right around the corner which makes refueling easy. - Check in experience was seamless and well coordinated via WhatsApp. - The registration portal and online Document verification process was surprisingly smooth. - The team was attentive to most chats and were providing responses as soon as possible. - The house was adequately spacious and is perfect for a group / family size of 5. - The unit has 2 bathrooms with nice showers and one of the bathrooms has a bidet in it. - You also have a washing machine at your disposal should you need to do your laundry, however washing liquid/powder was not provided. - Spacious Parking just beside the property. - Secure and private entrance with 2 pair of keys

- Considering that we were going to be staying at the property for 5+ days, the amount of toiletries , towels and floor mats provided were insufficient. - Both shower cabinets weren't sealed at the bottom and that led to water constantly flooding the bathroom floor.

The location is spectacular, it has balconies on both sides and you can enjoy the view on both mountains. The layout of the apartment is also very good.

The room on the road side is a bit noisier in the morning, but just a bit. One of the rooms is a bit tinier, but it's good enough for a kid or a smaller person. The traffic to Cortina ca be a hassle in some days, but not all of them.

Everything was perfect. The appartment is clean, big, warm and there is everything what you need. There are 3 bedrooms (very comfortable beds), 2 toillets, we were 5 adults and all of us had enough space. Kitchen is equiped well (more kitchen equipments you can find in the living room in closets). There is a starting pack in the bathroom and also for a dishwasher. There were towels, bed sheets ready for us included. Parking spots are just next to the house with enough space. Easy way how to get a key (a small box outside) with perfect communicarion with a provider. There is also a small box for ski in the foyer. Connection for Wifi, Smart TV is working fast. There is also a termostat for heating, so there wasn't cold which we really appreciated now in winter. The location is about 15 minutes from Cortina but we loved skiing in San Vito just 5 min from Casa Lino. I fully recommend this place ;)

Only one negative thing is that the house is on the main road. So there is more noise from cars, trucks. But with closed windows it was not an issue.
