For bookings made the same day as arrival, the property cannot always guarantee that the apartment is ready for check-in at 15:00. The primary guest responsible for the booking should normally be 25 years of age or older. Bookings are subject to individual assessment. In certain situations, a refundable security deposit may be required based on a risk assessment (for example last-minute bookings, major events, weekend stays, or local residents). A valid ID must be presented at check-in. Please note that from the end of April and throughout May, there may be occasional noise due to refurbishment work taking place on the first floor. We are doing our best to keep any disruption to a minimum and appreciate your understanding as we make these improvements.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.
