"Decent overall but let down by lack of amenities and broken shower"

Nice clean property and well located.

Lack amenities and shower was broken in my private en suite room. No offer of change of room or partial refund. Solution was to use another room shower which clearly has not been cleaned from previous guest stay.

El personal del hotel fue increíblemente amable y servicial durante toda mi estancia. Las habitaciones eran muy cómodas y estaban impecablemente limpias. Además, el desayuno era delicioso y variado, con muchas opciones para empezar el día de la mejor manera.

Todo fue perfecto, lo recomiendo mucho.

Hostal bien ubicado, a minutos de la Plaza central, el desayuno lo sirven en una terraza con vista a los volcanes, muy recomendado.

"Arnaque - Fuyez !"

Lors de la réservation je demande s'il est possible d'arriver à 22h. Long délai de réponse dans un mauvais anglais. Arrivé le jour J le réceptionniste nous prévient qu'il y a un dégât des eaux dans notre chambre : nous devons aller dans un autre hôtel "équivalent" : il est 22h30 nous sommes ravis... Mauvaise communication car ils ont su le matin et ils auraient pu nous prévenir plutôt que de nous faire nous déplacer jusqu'ici à cette heure tardive. Bref nous arrivons à l'autre hôtel dans une rue bruyante. Le réceptionniste insiste lourdement pour avoir le paiement sans considérer notre fatigue et l'heure tardive. Son tpe tombe en panne donc on peut aller dormir. Douche tiédasse voir froide. Hôtel hyper bruyant nous avons entendu la rue les gens toute la nuit... Cauchemar. Sans oublier le fait que l'hôtel de remplacement était beaucoup moins cher que celui booké. Il s'agissait du BUBAMARA. En lisant les commentaires des 2 établissements nous avons vu que nous n'étions pas les premières victimes de cette arnaque.
