It's a scam. It's not a hotel. It's not a guesthouse. It's a poorly built wooden structure where you can hear your neighbour's breathing. There's no privacy. The room decor is depressing.The mattress is old, not firm, and is very worn. It's not worth even a third of the asking price.

All was good. In fisherman village. Have many restaurants affordable. Good value for the prices.

Very easy to find. Easy check in. The accommodation was basic but that was expected from the photos. Aircon worked great.

Comfortable room in the beautiful fishing village. The owner is very nice and helpful.

- big room with AC, cleaned, with a kettle and towels. - Location is absolutely perfect, 100 meters away from harbour, and opposite side from the mosquee so we didnt hear it in the morning at all during our 5 nights.

- No hot water in the room, seems a standard here in Perhentian Kecil fisherman village - NO WIFI : most of the hostels are in the same situation, so prepare a SIM Card with data for your trip to Perhentian, the 4G works quite well. - Bed is a really soft, painful for the back. - Didnt see anybody during the trip, it's self checking. The general quality of budget accomodation on Perhentian island is bad compare to the rest of Malasyia. This hotel is probably better than most of the rest, but has still clear lacks. For 21€ per night in low season, only weekdays, it's really not a good price / quality, but all the island is like this.
