The location is perfect. The room is spotless and very well furnished. Check-in and check-out process is very easy and the host is very helpful. I have stayed here before and always check this first to see if it’s available when I’m traveling here. Highly recommended

Çok temiz ve merkezi konumda.

Muhteşem konumu, tertemizliği ve konforu zaten ilk anda etkiliyor ama asıl sürpriz, tam anlamıyla şehrin kalbinde olması. Öyle bir noktada ki, nereye gitmek isteseniz şehir size “buyurun efendim” diyerek kapısını açıyor. 😊 Ev sahibi ise ayrı bir hikâye… Siz daha yoldayken iletişime geçiyor, şehirde bulunduğunuz süre boyunca sanki görünmez bir şehir rehberi gibi her an yanınızda. Sorularınıza hızla cevap veriyor, önerileriyle tatilinizi kolaylaştırıyor ve kendinizi gerçekten misafir değil, ev sahibi gibi hissettiriyor. Kısacası Urban Gem bir konaklama değil, şehirle aranızda kurulan küçük bir dostluk köprüsü gibi. Tekrar gelir miyiz? Bavulu kapıya bırakıp anahtarı ararız, o kadar net! 😄 The location is simply fantastic, the apartment is spotless and very comfortable, but the real highlight is that it is truly right in the heart of the city. Wherever you want to go, the city feels like it opens its doors and says “welcome.” 😊 And the host deserves a special mention. They contact you even while you are still on the way and stay connected throughout your visit, almost like having a friendly invisible city guide with you all the time. Quick responses, helpful suggestions, and a warm attitude that makes you feel not like a guest, but like you already belong there. Urban Gem is not just a place to stay. It feels like a small bridge connecting you to the city itself. Would we come back? Absolutely. Next time we might just leave our suitcase there permanently! 😄

By far the best apartment that I’ve ever stayed. The host was suuper attentive, made sure we checked in properly w/o any issues. The location is beautiful, just in the heart of the city, close to everything. Not only the house is super clean and decoration is beautiful, but also it had EVERYTHING (and even more) a person can need in a stay. I’d recommend this place without a second thought. Thank you!
