BGOur stay at Homesoon was an absolute delight. The rooms are clean and nice and the homemade food is just delicious. The hosts are extremely welcoming, kind and helpful. We had a great time with them in their wonderful home. Homesoon is everything we hoped it would be and even more. Thank you!
NZThe family were very welcoming and had a supply of cold beer waiting for us. They lit a fire to keep us warm and made us feel very welcome. The facilities were clean and functional. Beds were comfortable and the scenery was good. This place was an unexpected highlight for me and the group.
Google took us on a steep and difficult route to get to this place and I expect some people would have struggled to find it and ride there but really that just added to the adventure.
VNThis was my favorite stay from my entire vietnam trip. The host family was lovely, the dinner I had with them was great (I'm vegan and got some delicious tofu, greens and bamboo), and the location is just indescribable. The mattress is a typical vietnamese hard mattress, so be ready for that, but the pillows and blanket were comfy. Quite rustic, but personally I loved it.
Not technically hard to find, but google maps tries to send you down an offroad steep downhill path, which was too difficult for me and I lost an hour to a few dozen meters. Don't drive where google maps wants you to! Instead wait for the email from the owners with directions, just drive the long way around where you can drive on stone except for the last two hundred meters where it's already flat.
