Balcony (small), not too brite room (good think, because it's hot in the summer, shade is great), air conditioner, compact nice room, pleasent - basic, a commun space for refrigerator, table, coffe machine, near the old city Salerno, close enought to one beach, pretty quiet.

Not very much space, small table to work on in chamber (if you need to work to laptop).

It was near the old town in Salerno which was lovely. 30 min walk to the ferry that takes you to amalfi etc. The staff were welcoming and lovely, they even booked a private car for us.

The boiler was above you in the shower and felt unstable like it could fall with exposed wires. The shower also leaked into the room. Breakfast was a 5 min walk away.

Reading others positive reviews looks like reading for different accomodation. Please be careful what you book! Reality facts: This is a condominium where the host has several rooms to rent in an apartment. It is located on a hill so be prepared to sweat consistently while climbing the hill to arrive the location. We booked a room which was titled "deluxe room" and do not understand what exactly is this title for! Small room, horrible view, others are looking in your room while going down on the condominium stairs. No functionality because of these reasons: 1. Worst bed ever, the very soft mattress was biger than the bed stand which was terribly squeaking and moving everywhere. Felt like sleeping on a water bed and we haven't managed to sleep at all. 2. AC exactly in front of the bed making impossible to use. 3. The toilet was constantly producing a horrible noise (needs fixing). 4. The shower fluded all over the bath and even in the room was water (because of being clogged and not being fixed) 5. There is a door step between the room and the bathroom very sharp (unfinished tiles), so I have managed to cut my feet. When informing host about these and asking for a room change, the host said it will change the room the second day, than, when we were about to change, she said we need to pay adfitional Euros 60/night because the other room is bigger. We felt like being robbed. We have not accepted and the rude attitude of the host appeared while she was saying to us "next time, book a hotel." Please avoid!!!

The property was very clean. The room was comfortable, and all amenities worked great, really liked the little balcony and the view of the water in distance. Was located close to the water port for boat excursions.

The property was a little difficult to get to. It was a steep climb. Would not recommend it for someone that has any physical limitations. The rooms do not have fridge, but there is a common area that does. The beds and desk were simple but very functional.

Spacious, air conditioned room. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Plenty of clean towels. Wifi and small TV, and nice shower! Lovely view from our small balcony. Host was super helpful and responsive answering questions, providing recommendations and organizing taxi for us - thank you!

Couldn't work the coffee machine in the communal area, but didn't mind too much!
