There is a lot of potential. The idea is great and setup can work but needs more attention. The location I thought was good and the price was good if the room was clean with a few things fixed.

So I was in unit 6. I don’t think it was cleaned aside from the bedding being changed out. Toilet wasn’t cleaned. It looked like someone was spitting or slung food around on some of the walls. It was weird. The smoke alarm was taken out. There were dead bugs around. Not roaches or bed bugs though. I think the water heater was set to max temp which I don’t think is a great idea for a hotel setting. But the thing that did annoy me was that there wasn’t a shower curtain. Someone hung up a window curtain that wasn’t long enough to touch the floor as a shower curtain. The plastic shower curtains are under $1. It was strange.

Location

Roaches in bed and bath tub. Blood stains on mattresses.

The private cabin set up is definitely preferable to hotel rooms

There were some minor things that needing fixing, like the porch lights.
