the pool and the view from the pool

the room.was not at all as described, it says there is a park view ie rice fields but there were no wi dows whatsoever. the walls were dirty amd there was mould in the bathrooms, the staff at location were semi friendly but didn't speak English and the owner on the phone was incredibly difficult to deal with and very unhelpful. I booked amd messaged him to ask about a mirror in the room as I need it for work. he saw the message and dint reply for 3 hours so I drove there in the rain, then je wouldn't let me borrow a mirror from another empty room(it was very late at night woth no customers arriving later) so I slept in a room thelat smelt like sewerage so I could have a mirror. the only option he gave me was to cancel the booking (at 10pm at night after I drove in the rain to get there for 2 hours after he didn't reply) so I wasn't about to go looking for another accommodation at 10pm in the rain. if he was more helpful I would have written a better review. wasn't at all Impressed
