This property surpassed all expectations. The best part was Natja who not only came to clean each day. She was so helpful, with good ideas of what to see and do. She brought fresh flowers for every room every few days. She was always cheerful and made the place spotless. Yes she was discreet, fitting in with our lifestyle and plans. She took a genuine interest in making sure we had the best possible stay. The properly was beautiful, light and quiet yet very central. The top balcony was a real bonus, fantastic views and so relaxing to sit and read for hours. A very safe town altogether. We very much hope to return again and again. It really felt like home

The property met all our expectations. We feel that the client should be warned about the four flights of spiral, quite steep, staircases involved : three to the living area, a fourth to the roof terrace.

Bien situé au coeur de la médina, propre et bien rénové. L’accueil de la personne en charge de l’entretien a été remarquable et chaleureux , très disponible pour des conseils, des recommandations de visite et c’est également occupée des réservations de soins et de taxi. Merci beaucoup Najia.

L’emplacement

Lovely two bedroomed apartment arrange over four floor including a roof terrace. Both bedrooms have en-suites and they are very cool in temperature and comfortable. The housekeeper cleans the bathroom and makes the beds daily which is a nice touch. Good location if you want to be in the middle of the medina.

On our arrival into the medina we had no phone signal initially and therefore tried to ring the property owner three or four times using the number provided by booking.com, in order to help us find the property. The medina is quite overwhelming on first visit with its narrow busy lanes. We finally found the road an hour later after asking a local hotel and a few pedestrians for help. On our arrival the key situation was fraught as we didn’t have one to get into the gate or the main door. We tried the property owner number again but again no one picked up. Needless to say we were both very tired and irritated by these problems. An email to explain location and key situation could have prevented this for those who are unable to access the map using the internet. The addition of a movable umbrella for some terrace shade as other guest have mentioned would have been helpful.
