Very easy check in with clear directions. Clean apartment and very close to the bus that takes you to Venice.

The unit and its amenities are present.

The bed. Despite the fact that the bed was broken, nothing was done about it. I was therefore a little uneasy about sleeping in it.

East access to Venice by bus.

The oven didn’t work, no fry pan and lack of cooking equipment, shower head faces the wall so have to hold it to shower, no Air conditioning, and mattresses on the bed had a big sag in it on one side so was very uncomfortable.

Quiet, pretty location in the suburbs with a grocery store nearby. 30 minute bus ride to Piazzale Roma. Very spacious, comfortable room with lots of nice touches. All in one washer/dryer and well-equipped kitchen (including coffee). Armand responded to questions quickly and amicably.

It is close to the bus stop, there is a grocery shop nearby.

I didn't feel good in this apartment, so I do not recommend booking it. It was too hot in there even with the ventilator on. There is a 100€ deposit at the beginning. You must take out the trash (to do so, you must pay for a trash container outside to be able to use it). I never experienced this before. It didn't feel clean - the floor was sticky, the refrigerator stank. The bathroom felt old, there was rust on the heating, cracked sink...
