Великий просторий номер. Комфортна температура, вигляд чудовий. Сніданки 10+, трансфер до підйомника.

Якість прибирання в номерах поверхнева ( серветки які валялись ніхто не прибрав), SPA не усі працювали, температура басейну холодна, відсутність можливості навіть придбати шапки для сауни. Міні бар пустий.

Басейн дуже гарний, лазні та аромакімнати просто витвори мистецтва. Гарний вигляд з номеру на ліс. Смачний сніданок шведської лінії.

Не зручний матрас, твердий. До комплексу спа треба йти по вулиці - ми захворіли, коли ввечері повертались до номеру, після прогулянки у халаті та мокрих плавальних костюмах, хоча, як виявилось, у корпусі спа є перевдягальні про які нам заздалегіть не повідомили.

Дуже приємний готель: чисто, затишно і комфортно. Персонал привітний та уважний. SPA чудове — ідеальне місце для відпочинку. Також великий плюс — зручне розташування. Із задоволенням повернулася б ще раз.

Чистий , новий, комфортний номер з виглядом на гори 🤌🏻 велике спа з панорамними вікнами там теж все чисто та гарно🫶🏼

Запах води з крану був не дуже, але можливо тут у горах така проблема є скрізь🤷‍♀️ - прохолодна вода у джакузі .
