Instalaciones muy limpias y modernas. La cocina está provista de muchos electrodomésticos y el alojamiento proporciona cápsulas de café para utilizar, así como dos botellas pequeñas de agua. En la parte superior hay una pequeña terraza en la que se puede desayunar por las mañanas. El acceso es fácil y la comunicación con el personal fue constante (¡la persona encargada del mantenimiento y limpieza de las instalaciones no podía ser más simpática!). Se proporciona un armario para guardar las maletas en caso de que se llegue antes al alojamiento.

Creo que un único baño (hay un WC independiente) para cinco habitaciones es insuficiente. El alojamiento se encuentra justo debajo de la ruta de los aviones que despegan desde el aeropuerto de FAO así que se oyen constantemente desde las seis de la mañana.
