-the place is very central in Faro; great for both train / bus; boats; walking in city center -I stayed in room 5; which was a tiny room but with private bathroom; and access to shared kitchen. There was aircon, hairdryer. The bed was comfy, I had good quality of sleep. -the WiFi works well; I had to do some work in related calls and they went fine -staff was very clear; responsive and accommodating. I requested an early check-in and they were able to arrange it -finally in low season at 32 euro per night it felt like a great bargain

The room had not been cleaned from the last guest. I got there late in the evening and was tired The bed was as left by the previous guest The towels in the bathroom were dirty The toilet was dirty The garbage bin in the bathroom was full

Excellent value. Great communication, easy to find. Initially very clean and tidy. The bed linen was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

After 24 hours the corridors and bathroom became dirty and untidy with used towels thrown on the bathroom floor and basin. Bins in both the bathroom and the WC were overflowing! Mud and dust remained in the corridor. The bathroom was so unclean by day 3 we just cleaned our teeth and did not shower. Occasionally bad toilet odours lingered in the corridor. Obviously, more frequent inspection and cleaning is required especially if some inconsiderate guests are untidy .
