GBGBGBGBGreat value dog friendly cosy ground floor flat with garden in a peaceful location in small village. Had all we needed and lovely touch of milk and juice in fridge on arrival. Bath and shower with excellent hot water, great after days walking. Dog friendly pub doing food few minutes walk away. Short drive to Barnard Castle and High Force etc. Public footpaths near by for walks.
All good and is 'cosy' in size as advertised which was fine for us but may not suit everyone. Nothing to do with accommodation but couldn't find a dog poo bin in the village so had to bag up to take home but maybe missed it somewhere.

Would have appreciated a welcome from the owners. Is quite cosy but that it made clear on the details.

If we were nitpicking, we were worried about noise travelling to the apartment upstairs. Given we have a dog, we were conscious of disturbing other guests
