Lovely, clean and spacious apartment. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed, and the air conditioning worked really well (which was needed in the heat). The location is good too - it’s walkable to the centre/harbour and there’s a Lidl and lots of mini markets nearby. Finally, the hosts sent lots of information before and during my stay - they seem very friendly!

Only thing was how bright the light is on the air conditioning unit in the bedroom, but this didn’t impact my sleep much.

Small, updated room was clean and comfortable. Bed and bedding were comfortable, soft duvet. Bathroom was small with updated tile and fixtures; the lighting was poor above the mirror. Perfect accommodation for a solo traveler. The location was fantastic and a safe area. The hosts were responsive and set up transportation for me to the airport at the end of my stay.

I had an issue for 1 day with water barely trickling out of the faucets and a power outage one night in the middle of the night which caused the emergency lights in the room to stay on during the outage. The washer and dryer are just outside of the room which wouldn't have been a problem except someone did laundry from midnight until 3 am which kept me awake as it was very loud.

Great location and very good quality of apartment. Quiet a/c, comfortable amenities . Really enjoyed the stay

Everything was nice for solo-traveler like me in a single room. There was a washing -machine with detergents in the common area. Even there's an iron in the cupboard.

I wish there was a supermarket in the nearby the streets.

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It's also very bright and sunny. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the location is fantastic - just a short 10-minute walk from the city center. You'll find all the amenities you need nearby, including shops, cafes, and restaurants. Plus, the area is super safe, both day and night.

The only minimum negative thing could be that since the apartment is next to the street, during the day you can hear the noise from outside, but it's tolerable. And at night, the street is really quiet, so it's no problem.

Nothing. Everything exceptional. Very near to the centre but very quiet

Place clear and just ok, without "wow". Just normal place for comfortable sleeping and sightsee. Strange is a "tube" terrace in the apartment- not for people with claustrophobia

We were completely disappointed with Iraklio. Just a city, crowded and without a THIS like Agios Nikolaos or Chania or inland villages.
