GBLocation is great, plenty of shops and restaurants around, it was presentable, had cooking facilities, tea and coffee provided. lovely place
Please change the mattress; not only was there no mattress cover, but it was extremely dirty and had stains everywhere on it, I have got pictures for evidence if the host tries to deny it. It was really disgusting, only for this I could easily give a negative review, but probably he wasn't even aware of this, and to be fair, the rest of the place is great, that is why I only gave 8* instead of 10. We are actually looking forward to coming back to this place, and hopefully by then the mattress will be changed.

ESGBNo onsite staff, not a problem at all. We arrived an hour earlier but a quick phone call gave us access within minutes. Very close to everything Leamington has to offer. The apartment was clean and tidy with basic facilities for eating and plenty of tea and coffee . A nice big comfy bed gave a good nights sleep after a busy day shopping and pubbing .

Toilet had a stale smell and extremely noisy due to location (which obviously can’t be helped) and single pane glass. No TV which is a standard for any hotel / room stay
GBGBGreat location and very easy to access the property and to check in. However the keypad didn’t work on the last day, size of the room was okay and the shower was good. Only giving it a 2 because of location, everything else was bad.
It was incredibly dirty, I was actually shocked when I came into the room and had to buy cleaning supplies from the local Tesco to clean everything. There was a thick layer of dust on all of the plants, kitchen utensils and mess on the toilet. The cups were dirty too. Marks on the walls of scratch marks, makeup and cobwebs everywhere. Really gross and actually ruined my trip.
