Fantastic stay! The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped – everything we needed was available. The location was perfect, close to city center. Highly recommend this place to others.

The apartment was nice, exactly as the photos and well equipped with everything we needed. It’s located really close to the cathedral, markets and main things to see. The day we arrived I was worried about the street where the apt was located and walking at night specially with 2 young kids but after the first few nights we realized it was safe and we even got to know the neighbours on our street who were really nice. Also, we realized the rest of the historic centre looked similar. Alessandro was a great host, was always available to answer our questions and had great recommendations.

The apartment is spacious, clean and well equiped with everthing necessary. The host is helpful and replied to my messages. The apartment is close to the Cathedral and Norman Palace.

You need to be mentally prepared when you come to Palermo. The actual location of the apartment was an absolute shock for us. The host gave us the location for free parking, 2 minutes away from the apartment and we found an empty spot, but it was between piles of rubbish. We looked for the apartment for 15 minutes and initially passed the entrance several times, because we would have not believed it was possible for it to be situated there. When you check the photos, you only see the inside door and a nice sunny bedroom. The reality is that you cannot ever open the bedroom doors for the light to come in, because the balcony is right next to the neighbours, who you can hear discussing right next to your window, you do not have any privacy if you do not close the curtains. I do not believe a booking apartment should ever be located in such a building. The apartment was on the 1st floor, downstairs a local has a welding shop and all of his equipment is scattered all over the narrow street, right in front of the entry. The first photo is from our balcony, showing his shop and how close the balconies were next to each other and the other one is with the parking and the surrounding buildings.

Spacious, fully equipped, and clean apartment. Even the smallest details have been considered, especially in the kitchen. The host is very friendly and responsive. Very close to the center. The area seems a little bit unsafe, but had no bad experience, though.

Large, well-equipped, aesthetically pleasing and comfortable apartment. Converts to two large double beds. Quiet. Drinking water, cookies, tea and coffee are freely available in the kitchen. Fast free Wi-Fi. Large, well-equipped and comfortable bathroom. Independent check-in/check-out. Host extremely friendly and available.

Dark neighborhood, better not to go there at night. No view to speak of from the windows. Difficult parking (if any) on neighboring streets. Somewhat steep stairs, no lift.
