Location is good

There is no mineral water to drink we had to buy it or fill it from outside Bed and pillows were very dirty There is no complimentry soap, oil and they have not provided towel.

. making hotel booking using booking.com is waste as we didn't get any help from you when we needed at the hotel. We booked for 2 AC triple rooms for 2 nights and paid half the price as advance and we got rooms in adjacent hotel only after police intervention. Pathetic
