"Great overall - minor complaints"

The location is excellent - right next to the sea. Hotel's cafe is pretty good and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms (small individual cottages) look very good. The sea is nice and gentle, with clean sand and long shallow area.

We could only get hot water once, normally it would be very cold. There are no taps outside the house (to clean off the sand from your feet/shoes when returning from the beach), so the house soon fills with sand.

"What a vibe! Gorgeous place to stay in Anjuna"

A great place to stay, right on the beach. Love the earthy decor in the room and the overall vibe here. The Elephant Art Cafe is a fantastic place with a lovely decor and music. The food is just lip smacking. The mornings are lovely and the evening vibe, looking at the sunset with gorgeous food and cocktails is just something else. Overall the place is amazing, the staff is friendly, location is perfect.

Wi-Fi is an issue but no complaints as such.

it’s perfectly located on Anjuna beach . aesthetically designed . good facilities. huge room with with huge bathroom with 24 hrs hot water facility AC sit out greenery around cottage . cafe is right on the beach aesthetically designed plays vibrant music through out the day . vibes are superb

Food in the attached cafe is worst . not many choices and taste is below average . you won’t find even a SINGLE Indian dish
