The contactless check-in was smooth.

The bed was rough and the room had ants, so much so that they ended up in our bags while we were leaving. The breakfast was at another location about half a mile from the hotel and the signage inside the room had a different address so there was confusion as to where the breakfast was. Breakfast was mid at best as it was simply coffee and croissants.

Good sized room and big bathroom. Bathroom facilities were good. Easy access to old town (is 15 mins walk from town) but has lots of parking around. Breakfast included.

Could be improved by a bar fridge.

Altough the accomodation is in downtown of Cagliari, the street is quiet with amazing old trees. The building is historical, but the room is newly refurbished with amazing view to garden.

Well located close to the university campus and a short walk from the city centre. Ample room and bathroom, with good air conditioning.

This is not quite a bed and breakfast, more like an 'affitacamere'. The breakfast is just coffee and a pastry, served out of site at a local bar. On Mondays, this is at another bar further from the property so it defeats the purpose of booking based on location. Temperamental shower. Car and garbage truck noise from early in the morning, as the windows don't have double glazing. The property is up two flights of stairs without a lift. 5 days after they still have not sent a receipt for the tourist tax paid at the end of the stay.

The room is very nice and clean. The location is wonderful. You can easily find a parking space nearby and the city centre can be reached quickly on foot. The breakfast in the café on the same street is very authentic Italian and delicious. The check in and check out was very uncomplicated. We liked it very much and would come back!

Address that’s addressed in booking wasn’t quite right but other than that everything was perfect . short walk to the city center and good breakfast in the nearest bakery
