New, clean, well designed and maintained

Ambiente moderno e curato. Finestre isolate bene, finiture di ottima qualità, pulitissimo e accogliente.

Complessivamente esperienza assolutamente da ripetere, se proprio volessi trovare il pelo nell'uovo mi permetto di dire che la musica di sottofondo diffusa nelle scale, rilassante e dal volume basso, ma di notte può dare un po' fastidio (a notte inoltrata non si è sentita più); il minifrigo in stanza se fosse incassato farebbe meno rumore durante la notte; ultima cosa, una macchina per il caffè in stanza sarebbe perfetta, anche perché il bar convenzionato per la colazione non offre granché .

Tutto perfetto, check in preciso, ottima pulizia.

Colazione scarna

La posizione è davvero comoda perché ti consente di raggiungere il centro storico di Acerenza in pochissimi passi ma allo stesso tempo in pochissimo tempo sei anche sulla strada principale per raggiungere altri paesi limitrofi. La stanza è davvero molto grande, super moderna e curatissima nei dettagli oltre che molto molto pulita come tutta la struttura del resto. Daniele il proprietario è una persona molto gentile e disponibile e ti fornisce tutte le indicazioni necessarie per poter effettuare in autonomia il check in al momento dell’arrivo. Insomma, se dovessimo ritornare ad Acerenza non avrei dubbi a soggiornare al Mantra magari per poterci godere un’altra delle loro meravigliose stanze!!

The property was spotlessly clean, well situated in the beautiful town of Acerenza and the room was very spacious and completely renovated.

The receptionist took us to our room and explained to us that the air-conditioning wasn’t working since the day before. She told us that she couldn’t guarantee that it would work during our stay and told us that we could leave if we wanted. She didn’t give us any alternative solution well knowing that there are no other options available for a family in the area. She promised that they would call the technician and get it repaired as soon as possible. We were already tired from our travels and our seven year-old daughter wanted to rest as well. So we decided to stay in the hope that they would call the technician and get it repaired. Unfortunately, we made a mistake when we trusted them because no technician came during our stay. We left after four nights and the air-conditioning was still not working. The outside temperature was 35°C during the day and in the room we had between 28 and 30°C. We filed a complaint with Booking.com and first they didn’t respond to it, but then the landlord called me and explained that he would reimburse one night if we would cancel our reservation on Booking.com. We refused to cancel it because we knew very well, that it was only a subterfuge to keep us from complaining via Booking.com. And we were right about it because we got an email from Booking.com explaining that the landlord would not reimburse our stay not even for one night, even though he had told us that he would reimburse it if we cancelled our booking. On the pictures the error message we saw during for days on our air conditioner. The breakfast is only a pastry and a drink in a nearby coffee or pastry shop.
