Apartamentos do Mar Funchal

Au vu du prix pratiqué par ce monsieur,qui est bien au dessus de la moyenne,il devrait faire des efforts pour équiper sa cuisine par des casseroles et des poêles dignes de ce nom c’est vieux et abîmé . Le frigo se règle mal il a abîmé tout ce qu’on a mis dedans .il n’y a pas de cafetière même l’italienne qui ne dépasse pas les 6€ . On lui a demandé il n’a pas bronché !le lit communique avec la cuisine et le balcon pas de store et même pas un rideau en tissus occultant!vous êtes réveillés par la lumière du soleil matinal et vous n’y pouvez rien ! Un peu de respect pour vos locataires monsieur ! Pas une bouteille d’eau pour vous souhaiter la bienvenue pas de sel ……le vide absolue vous devez tout acheter l’esprit airbnb est totalement absent pourtant les locataires comme ce qu’on a fait laissent des choses comme ça .

The location is very and the apartment has a sea view

When we checked in and discovered that there are no airconditioning in the apartment and it was very warm in the apartment. Though after complaining we were provided a old ventilator fan. This ventilator is not able to cool the apartment even at night whereby we have no choice than to open the balcony door that has no mosquito net. Which resulted having mosquitoes in the apartment and sometimes making it to have a nice sleep. Even in the absence of an airconditioning, had did been there was a mosquito/ insect screen roll to prevent the insects from coming in, it would have been nice to have this sea breeze into the apartment at night. Furthermore the furnitures are not comfortable especially the sofa.

Possible mistake on our part, but we didn’t anticipate the main bed and the sofa bed to be in the same room.

The property was in an ideal location. We rented a car and it was ideal.

The view is stunning. Beach is very close. Pool almost always personal or very few people. Appartment has everything you need. Everything is as written in the description. Nice area with 5☆ hotels. We never got problems with parking. For the price we payed, we are happy with our stay.

First impression was that it is old. But from the next morning I forgot it.
