Super cute property entered via the main town street. Well maintained and clean. Good shower and decent towels. The sleeping arrangements are as described. You don't have to be a gymnast but not suitable for any one with mobility issues. We loved this little cottage and would definitely recommend. So close to the beach and restaurants. The owner came to meet us when we arrived. Very friendly and helpful and made a couple of decent restaurant recommendations.

The location is excellent. The interior is great. Comfortable and cozy. The functionality of the apartment is excellent (kitchen, bathroom). The view from the window is especially wonderful. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves is a special feeling. We had an incredible experience. The only downside to the apartment is the musty smell due to humidity. But with airing, the smell disappears. You just need to constantly use air fresheners in the room and ventilate it. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. A special thanks to the owner of the apartment. He was very attentive and polite. We will definitely come back to this place more than once. It’s a wonderful place.

Amazing view of the sea, and very cute space, tastefully furnished and equipped. Be aware the upstairs space is low so slightly awkward to get into/ out from but it is comfortable!

Magnificent location, Cefalu is such beautiful town to visit. The people here are down to earth and real.

Genuinely one of the loveliest places I have stayed in. I could wake up to the lapping waves and sea view everyday of my life. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Cefalu old town. It's a few minutes walk to the beach, you do need to park outside of the historical centre which is about a 12 min walk. The apartment is cosy but has everything you need, the balcony right over the water was just magical. Antonio was a great host, provided lots of local information and cute comforts like local Sicilian cookies. The apartment is quiet, we liked the loft bed but not for anyone scared of heights! The apartment is over 1000 years old and has so much charm we could have stayed for months!

Nothing, I would recommend this to anyone staying in Cefalu and will definitely be coming back!

Charming, beautifully designed cottage with uninterrupted sea views, tucked away behind a busy street lined with excellent cafes, shops and restaurants. Casa Vela comes with everything you might need: kitchenware, lovely little bathroom with walk-in shower, loo and bidet, and a comfy bed up on the sleeping platform with crisp, good quality linen. A sofa, table and chairs complete this perfect hideaway for solo travellers or couples.

Stunning apartment with great views. Exactly like the pictures. Very comfortable with everything that you need, a hairdrier, iron, aircon, kitchen etc. We really enjoyed staying here. How awesome to watch the sea from your couch or bed. Communication very easy via whats app. Thank you Antonio.
