Amazing location, lovely rooms! The breakfast is incredible!! And the homemade chocolate put out by the chefs was a bit of magic. The staff were super friendly too and helpful

The lounge top area for members... Thought there was a bar or an event or something nice, not just an empty room with some nice sofas and chairs in.

The best part of our stay was the breakfast, which offered an incredible variety of choices and was excellent every morning. The room was small and modest, but comfortable and very quiet. What stood out most was the staff, as everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. For me, the people factor always matters the most, and the team made the stay especially enjoyable.

As a traveler, I would have appreciated slightly better-quality toiletries. Based on the information provided beforehand, I understood that toiletries would be available, so I didn’t bring my own shampoo and conditioner. Upon arrival, I found that only a basic 2-in-1 shampoo/body wash was provided, which felt a bit minimal. It’s a small detail and certainly not a major issue, but my hair looked like a wild lion the next day 😅.

Kahvaltı harikaydı, çoğu ürün el yapımı yumurtalar pankrkler peynir çeşitleri glutensiz seçenekleri inanılmazdı. Her şeye şef eli değdiği belli oluyordu. Sürekli kahve ve çay ikramı olması çok iyiydi. Çatıda snack bar ve ikramlar varmış vaktimiz olmadı bakamadık. Yataklar konforlu odalar yeterli ölçüdeydi.

O hotel permitiu antecipação do checkin sem custo adicional. Apesar de uma greve estar afetando o setor hoteleiro em Oslo, nossa estadia não foi afetada, a equipe atendeu de forma cordial. Café da manhã excelente! Disponibilidade de água, café e chá na recepção 24hs por dia, sem custo adicional.

Não tenho nada a reclamar.
