THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT.

El engaño que hace en no decir que es compartido ,vengo con mi familia y no es cómodo compartir el espacio con personas que no conoces y la alberca con el agua sucia ,para qué engañar 🙄

La ubicación, cerca del centro y de la laguna. Que hay cocina con refrigerador, microondas, etc. Pero es comunitaria.

No había toallas, no estaba el control de la TV, no hay cortina o cancel en el baño y se moja el área del WC y la ropa, no hay amenidades como shampoo o jabón, no había candados para las bicicletas y piden un depósito de $500 por cada una, el agua de la alberca se veía sucia, en general, las instalaciones se ven descuidadas.

L’emplacement est absolument dingue. Tout peut se faire à pied c’est vraiment top.

L’arrivée est un peu particulière car vous ne savez pas dans quelle chambre vous allez. Certaines sont ouvertes d’autres pas. Nous avons eu une chambre 2 lits doubles, vraiment pas beaucoup d’espaces et les lits vraiment petits. Il serait également plus facile d’avoir une clé chacun pour la porte d’entrée qu’une clé cachée pour tout le monde et prise par certains hôtes ce qui empêche de retourner dans la chambre…

The location was really good, just a short walk to the centre.

1. We had issues finding the keys as we didn't have information regarding its location. They were going to send us the pictures but didn't. 2. We had to make our own bed on arrival using bed sheets we had to retrieve from the laundry located on the roof. 3. We had to search for pillows on arrival (that weren't decorative) in another room. 4. We had to search for towels on arrival. 5. This is advertised as a hotel but it's actually a shared house. So the advertisement is misleading as we thought we would have a private kitchen and pool. 6. There is significant mould under the air conditioner and in the bathroom. 7. The room was not cleaned whilst we were there. Again, we thought it was a hotel so this should be done regularly. 8. Asked us to take the trash out... Again, it's advertised as a hotel so this should be done by them. 9. Based on all this, it's way overpriced.

La habitación estaba sucia. El lavabo lleno de agua turbia , el baño estaba super feo, no había papel ni toallas para secarte las manos , había un shampoo y jabón todos usados y feos , la cama sucia , la cortina trasparente , osea que no tenias privacidad ya que cualquiera te podia ver a traves de la cortina , tuvimos que poner una cobija que traia mi hija para que no se viera nada de afuera para adentro y podernos cambiar tranquilamente , los huéspedes super irrespetuosos a las 5 am con música a todo lo que da afuera de nuestra habitación Para nada recomendable el lugar si quieres un lugar limpio y tranquilo
