Place was meh

Host refusing to pay back the £300 pound deposit stating we left cracks in the bath which actually wasn't even used, It was the shower, also that there was lip stick stains on the couch when there were only 3 males in the apartment, empty bottle of vodka left and 3 bottles of juice left in the fridge and marks left on the cooker by the previous guest, clearly the apartment had not been checked before we entered,, Tried on a number of times to call the host who would not answer the phone,No wifi or heating, We sent pictures and videos of our arrival and departure which were also sent to the host, A complaint has been made to Booking. Com and if the deposit is not refunded then legal action will be taken, Absolutely horrendous way to run a business,

This property has everything needed, the appartment was clean well kept and centrally located. The pool table kept me well entertained and the place was very spacious, deposit was paid upon arrival and was returned within checking out.

Good location, clean appartment. My advise is to take videos before you enter and when you leave, also when you return the keys.

It was cold and there was no heating. The host tried to accuse me of not returning the keys. Once I argued about it and highlighted where he may have told a had told a lie.

Please do not book here. It’s a scam scheme! I showed up on the arrival time I had scheduled, waited outside the apartment and nobody showed up, my calls went through to voicemail and I was met by dodgy security guards circling the building asking me what I’m looking for. Had to book another place and wasted £122. The owners then messages me the next morning with the audacity!!! Saying “someone was outside to get you and you wasn’t there” absolutely ridiculous! They are trying to find ways around paying me my hard earned money when they know they are in the wrong ! AVOID THIS PROPERTY

Property was spacious, central & really liked the decor.

Check in time is from 3pm - i didnt get the lock safe code until 4.15pm (thank fully i didnt arrive until 4.30pm but would advise for anyone staying here to not arrive at 3pm) There was no toilet roll on arrival - i have stayed at many "self catering" apartments and never ever have i went to one with no toilet roll. The owner its horrendous at replying! I also paid £300 deposit via bank transfer - which i was wary to do, but understand why its asked for. However, our apartment was checked 2 hours after departure for which i was told it was reviewed and they were happy with it therefore i would receive my deposit back. After still no getting it on Monday i made contact with owner, who then asked for my bank details. I was then told his partner needed to check the apartment before deposit was sent back - which i found bizarre as it had already been checked and i was advised it was fine. I still had not received my deposit by the Tuesday, therefore contacted the owner advising if my deposit was not paid by Wednesday 12noon i would be taking further action. After still not receiving any correspondence from the owner, nor the payment i raised a complaint with booking.com. Finally on the friday the owner got in touch, paying me my deposit. Feel it should not have taking this long!

Cancelled ten minutes before check in time as there’s was damage on final checks from people who had stayed before. I really feel final checks should be done more than ten minutes before the next persons check in. Caused a lot of stress trying to find somewhere else.

We enjoyed our stay at the penthouse as there were alot of extra things included like snooker pool and darts. 2 rooms with comfortable beds, Kitchen had everything, Tv with sofa with surround system. Even bathroom were amazing too. Amazing place to stay anyone going to Glasgow. I will definitely stay there again. Easy to walk from penthouse to Glasgow central via Tradeston bridge.
