just a block from quiet stretch of Black Sea coast, loaner bike to cruise along the coast , restaurant close or bike to others. SO thankful for staff resourcefulness to find a phone charger when mine was lost in taxi ride there. Also helpful with phone translations to clarify details and help with taxi scheduling on departure

know that the taxi ride can be pricey esp for 1 person and some taxis will cancel the ride when the calculate the address.

Property right beside the beach (nice to swim). It’s okay for 1-2night stay.

The pictures aren’t true, there’s no living room (at least we didn’t see it). You get a small tiny room with a bathroom. Bed sheets and duvet had stains. It’s about 25min drive from the airport 20€ taxi. Public transport is 1hr20min from airport.

The staff was friendly and very kind towards us, they were ready to assist with anything we needed.

There's not much to say.

Looking at the lovely pictures posted, we opted for this guest house. In reality, the rooms are far from the pictures. We received a room with a double bed on the 1st floor, poor conditions, shabby toilet, bugs, and mosquitoes coming in the room through a whole in the wall. We barely slept due to the ✈️ noise as the planes landed every 5 minutes or so(even through the night). No wi-fi was available.

Hamid and his wife met us and offered us a choice of several rooms. We chose a separate apartment on the top floor under the roof. The apartment, of course, is not luxury, but everything you need was there, and the price is very reasonable. The hosts are very friendly, and if you need something, they will provide it. If the temperature is above 30 and there is no wind, then it can be stuffy under the roof. If there is no wind, then there may be mosquitoes. You need to have spray! The view from the window to the sea is magnificent. The beach is 5 minutes! The beach is good, sandy, but you should have slippers for swimming, because there are small stones. From the final metro station M11, bus 336K (27 TL, you should have an Istanbulkart) runs frequently. The stop is right in front of the hotel. A good place to relax, sunbathe and swim. Next time we will stay here.

Price and location - ok for an overnight stay. But the price for a roundtrip transfer is twice the cost of accommodation. But don't try to order a taxi at night through the app - almost impossible.

I booked a room with a sea view but got a room with a view of the toilet and a stench. Check my pics - what i booked and what i got :D

Everything was in order, and the host was very supportive.

Loved watching the airplanes taking off, buying beer and eating just down the road and having a great beach at the doorstep.

Some mosquitos made sleeping a bit troublesome
