Spacious rooms with comfortable beds.

Basin was not clean. Although it was cleaned quickly after I complained. TV remote wasn’t working and there was no wifi so couldn’t use Netflix or anything else. TATA Sky had no useful channels to watch.

It was a complete package and all things were good - quality, service, behaviour and amenities. The rooms were spacious, bathroom was well designed.. Hair dryer was available on request. I arrived late in the night and found that my electric kettle was not working. They immediately sent me another one and helped fix the problem. The staff were prompt and courteous.

Food may have been better. My breakfast buffet was good but they don't serve a buffet on all days depending on the number of guests and that makes sense. They do provide a menu to choose from with the same price on days they don't serve the buffet. The lunch I ordered was a bit stale and felt reheated. I would have appreciated being informed that the dish I ordered will not be freshly made, I would have happily order something else.
