Personel güleryüzlü ve yardım sever olmasına rağmen çözüm sağlayamadılar.

Kaldığımız mağara oda aşırı dercede havasız ve nem kokuyordu. Maalesef pencere olmadığı için havalandıramadık. Aydınlatma da yetersizdi. Jakuzinin motoru arızalıydı. Kahvaltı dahil olan konseptte kullanılan malzemelerin kalitesi çok düşük ve yetersizdi. Yeni bir oda hazırlığı olan ve kaldığımız döneme denk gelen zamanda sabahları 0730 da çalışmalar başlıyordu. Uyarımızla kesilmesine rağmen ertesi gün yine aynı şekilde devam etti. Ödemesini 3 gün olarak yaptığımız tatilimizi 2 nci gün bitirmek zorunda kaldık.

It's a gem!!! Great hosts and amazing restaurant nearby. They also arranged the balloon flight for us and that was incredible. We would definitely recommend this place!
