Pretty close with Borobudur area, we can reach by walking. The location is well designed and neat. The area is cool and close to rice fields. The room feels like a private villa (one room/building). Free to use the bicycle. The staff is very good, informative and very helpful. We can enjoy breakfast in the gazebo with natural views. Property photos are accurate to the real one.

Pretty new and beautiful villa with Java decoration style and surrounded by rice filed. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. You cant imagine how quiet is the place, and the Borobudur temple is just five mins walk from the villa. The breakfast is very delicious. We really enjoyed the stay.

It's a brand new Villa of Rumah Dharma. The room is very spacious and clean. But the ceiling decoration and paint color is not to my liking. Maybe need to put extra table and sofa/chair for guest to chill in the room? The swimming pool is very nice and breakfast is great.

The location. A bit difficult to find. It's nice and quiet, not far from the main road, but signage is needed.

Stuffs are very kind and smart, and they helped me a lot. I could spend great stay there. Location is so good and it is calm at night. I wanted to stay much more!

Great location, literally 10min walk from Borodbudur entrance and a good night market in the evenings. Quiet and scenic location among the rice paddies and only a few rooms around the pool so super chilled. Dinner and breakfast were both simple but delicious, and the staff were helpful. Free bikes to use was great.

If they invested in keeping the bikes in better condition (a pump would help) and a couple of kids bikes it would be great. Also would recommend they consider getting a bit more capability to arrange tours in the local area for their guests.

Excellent breakfast. Brand new, beautiful rooms. Excellent helpful and friendly staff. The dinner was very good also, with several dishes of local produce.

There a a few things that are potential safety issues. 1. The tiled floors in the bathroom are beautiful, but slippery when wet 2. There is a raised strip of wood on the floor between the bathroom and bedroom which is a trip hazard. 3. The stairs up to the dining area are black colored so difficult to see at night. Someone could fall down them.
