Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room was generally acceptable, and while the sheets appeared unclean, they smelled fresh. However, the bathroom was extremely unsanitary, with visible mold and poor maintenance that made it very unpleasant to use. Additionally, the preordered in-room breakfast was incorrectly served, indicating lapses in service accuracy.
