The bed was very comfortable. The refrigerator was larger than in most hotels.

No tv unless you streamed from your own account. The location was quite remote.

Easy access

There were no network channels on the TV, so I had to watch College football playoff games on my phone. The heating system was provided by a through the wall Heat Pump unit that cycled on and off all night and it was rather noisy. It took about five minutes to get hot water out of the shower, but after that, it was fine.

Ceiling fan was dirty. Water from shower had a sulfur odor, probably from well. Room was cold. Baseboard heat did not work. Walk to room was snow covered as well as lot. No coffee maker in room. Rooms are OUTDATED. Felt uncomfortable.

Overall okay. Would not stay there again in winter. There was no inside mat to wipe your feet on inside after a snowfall. The tv is a useless smart tv but not much to watch unless you have subscriptions. Need more bedside plugs for charging. Good coffee. The heater was noisy. Probably better in the summer.

They seem to have a perfectly good breakfast area, but don’t seem to ever use it. A simple breakfast bar with coffee, juice, pastries, fruit, toast, yogurt etc. would be better than nothing at all. The pond out back is really nice though.

The owners were very pleasant and nice. Good atmosphere for the breakfast.Very clean in and outside.

Very comfortable...good shower. I suppose because it was off season, so it was disappointing to not have a coffee in the morning.

The place is next to highway. So it’s a little noisy. Also there was no hot water. So we didn’t shower. Otherwise it’s ok.
