Naxos Beachwalk Villa Plaka

The house is so perfect, right at the beach. It is so beautiful and has everything you need. Also the power was off in the are one time and the brother of the owner was with us within minutes, because he is electrician. That was very nice and the power came back very quickly.

I would have loved some information regarding Check in beforehand. My messages on booking had been unanswered so I had to call and make sure they are there when we arrive. Also we had a little misunderstanding regarding the parking situation. You can park directly in front of the house.

A lovely villa and very good value for money. The location was perfect and only a short stroll to Plaka beach. The villa was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. Although the pool is small, it was enough to cool off after a day at the beach. There are a number of good tavernas within walking distance and a couple of supermarkets. The host was very helpful and extremely kind. I would strongly recommend this villa for the location, facilities and cleanliness.

The villa is very near the airport and so there is some air traffic but they are only small planes and it didn't bother us in the least. A few more kitchen utensils would be useful for cooking in the villa (e.g. a larger frying pan) but, again, not a major problem.

The villa was excellent, very clean and had everything you needed. Close to all restaurants with 5 minutes walking time

The property is beautiful! With a nice lighted olive grove, garden and wonderful swimming pool. The nice local couple who own this could not have been more helpful. Great restaurant reviews and treats! We ended up fitting 6 of us comfortably. Great location!

One of the best accommodations ever. New construction with high level of comfort and style. Relaxing atmosphere and convenient location with short walk to the beach. View of the sea and hills was lovely.

A pool would have been great but being minutes from the beach it made no difference. I actually enjoyed the beach when I am typically a pool person so a huge thank you

As the last stop on our island hopping we thought we would push the boat out and get a villa, and although it wasn't fully built when we booked, the risk paid off as it was lovingly appointed when we got there. The hosts were responsive, and when we arrived they were very accommodating indeed. Everything was prepared as needed for our family and there was a wonderful basket of food that eased us in. It's completely possible to get the bus into naxos quite easily indeed from the end of the road, and we only needed a car for one day to explore the other side of the island (which the hosts kindly helped organise). The villa is located in an excellent location for no car, far enough away from the village to the north, so as not to feel overrun by tourist beaches, but close enough for the amenities. The local tourist supermarket in Maragkas is actually ok, and we managed without a car to cater most nights, which was what we wanted after a lot of eating out. Outside dining was wonderful, and the top balcony was simply stunning. We used the gas BBQ provided every night. The beach is long and not crowded and really nice and very close by. A great find, very well appointed and comfortable, for a walkable and public transport holiday if your budget allows.

A few more kitchen utensils and stuff would have been helpful, but understandable given it was brand new.

Awesome location. Brand new house, fully equipped, modern, clean, perfect for families or groups. It was the most pleasant summer accommodation ever at the most reasonable price. The hosts are very helpful, kind, always there for us. Amazing
