"Cosy Ty Cariad"

8.0

I liked the quirky decoration, the cosy homely atmosphere. A lot of thought had gone into It. It was reasonably well equipped but could do with a few extra useful utensils and bits and bobs. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Good WiFi and TV. It was a quiet location.

There was a problem with opening the main gate as the gravel was too high. A few problems locking the patio door. One blind didn't roll down properly, needs adjusting. The bathroom wasn't particularly clean. The owner said she wished she'd had more time to prepare the property for us. The construction of the small house wasn't complete - the exterior. I guess it's work still in progress. The garden was good but it would have been useful to know that it wasn't totally enclosed. I had to use the garden furniture to block the outside access to the rear of the house because we had a dog and we didn't want him to escape. The location was a little too far to walk to and back to the town centre.Steep incline on way back. This would have been useful to know. I used to own a couple of holiday apartments. I put together a property info pack for each flat that guests found really useful. Some local leaflets and info on things to do in the area, and recommendations of places to visit, pubs, restaurants, takeaways. A visitor's book could be a nice touch. We used to prepare a welcome tray of some nice bread or scones, some butter, jams, fruit, and a bottle of wine. Just a few suggestions 😉

"Cute, peaceful home in fab location."

10.0

We loved the location, it was a 10min walk in to Saunderfoot. The house was located on a peaceful side road with parking. The enclosed garden was great for our dog. And the facilities suited our short stay. The bed was comfy and the deck was cozy. Nina was great to communicate with and I would boom again.

Location great, easy access to village centre & good beaches 10 minute walk. Accommodation very comfortable with all appliances provided, very nice private garden area with seating, overall a very nice stay in a lovely part of Wales.

Nothing, all good.
