Breakfast didn't have any choice and same or similar everyday ,and restaurant and bar closed at 18.00 everyday We stayed in honeymoon suite and been told 2 months ago only opened shower area was already dirty and first day we arrived no water to take shower until night 8 o'clock. Door key given didn't open the door need to changed 3 times . It says there is a spa but there is not . Notting close by so u need a book taxi or rent a car . Swiming pool in the room not clean . Some staff was friendly but others just didn't seem to try to help at all and their excuse was place is just open 2 months ago ..

The room and view were beautiful and the staff were helpful.

All new / refurbished suites. Not many suites / own pool.

No local shops / eateries/ or anything for that matte, had to hire a car to get about. Which was fine but an added expense. You had to be down before 10am for breakfast which we always feel is a rush when you’re on holiday.

Not much. We spoiled our holiday because of the stay here. Breakfast was ok. Service was bad.

We booked here for 3 nights in May 2024 seeing the reviews in different sites. We booked it thinking it is kind of a hotel but this one is more like airbnb. It is very far from any place like restaurant or a pub. The location is very isolated.We called so many restaurants near by and no one was ready to deliver to this place. They do not have any in house restaurant or a cafe at the site. If you do not have a car, consider it is very struggling or next to impossible to go to any place or to go fetch some food. The room we booked was a suite with a private pool. The pool is big enough but we were not able to use it because of the cold water. It is not heated and the water was very cold even though it was sunny on that day. The most irritating part is the AC inside the room. We visited in May(starting of Summer in greece) but the room was like a burning oven. They claim to have an AC but it does not work at all. The complete night we tried to make it work. It switches on with little air coming from it but then switches off the next minute. It was a horrible experience for us. Their reception is closed after 8 pm and there is no one to help us as well. No toileteries were provided. There was no milk or creamer to make a coffee. No bath mats etc... All the reviews here with positive reviews looks fake to me. You can see their reviews in different sites and they are all similar. Kind of copy paste in different sites. If you are looking for a vacation and woudl like to spend some quality time, this is not the place to go.

The hotel is amazing and perfectly in harmony with the environment, with an incredible view and a very beautiful design, especially the minimal rooms, which lack nothing but also the comfortable balconies with the private pool in each room. It exceeded our expectations by a lot, it is in a quiet area even though it is only a short distance from most attractions of the island. But what deserves a special mention is the staff, they were all impeccable from the first to the last and always with a smile. I also have to mention that the cleanliness of the place pleasantly surprised us since even the outside areas were always spotless despite the wind on the days we were there! We are already thinking about when we will visit again, and we have also recommended it to friends. Thank you for the hospitality experience you offered us, We 'll come again soon. p.s. the garden is amazing and the palm trees so impressive that they rightfully gave their name to the hotel

I can't think of anything negative, except that we stayed too short and didn't get to enjoy the place as much as we would have liked.
