I didn’t like not having a kuerig for coffee

The condo was very clean and safe. It was near all the attractions that we were interested in seeing. The cost was reasonable. I liked the code to enter the condo. The parking lot was well lit. When I called the facility, someone returned my call immediately. I was able to communicate with the facility via phone, text, and email.

One night the elevator did not work. However, it was working the next morning. The wifi was spotty. Nothing major to mention really.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit

It was nice and the location was great cause we did not have to go far to go to all the activities and stores

The fact that the bath broke the first night so we were unable to use it but other than that everything was great

Location, rooms were clean and TVs worked.

Tubs in bathroom hard to get in and out. I have a prosthetic leg.

We loved the way the apartment was layed out and was very spacious.

Like any place you stay when away from your own home, the mattress was very uncomfortable. Very hard!!!

Very close to the main attractions, but still very peaceful. Plenty of parking, and all the amenities of home.

Through no fault of the condos, but there was construction of a new building behind the property that was slightly annoying as they started loud construction at 7:00 A.M. every day.

The entire unit was disgusting. Every room had broken furniture. Outside dining area was 3 chairs 1 of which was broken. 2 sets of patio doors..both locks broken, screen only in 1, doors extremely hard to open. Cable wires hanging off the livingroom wall, dirt all over every floor along with other people's tissues and hair ties. Dishwasher falling out of cabinetry. Broken, cracked and dirty dishes. Broken pieces in freezer and water dripping from inside refrigerator. Cleaning supplies were a old gross, smelly vacuum and a dirty mop(no bucket).All vents in every room were caked with dust and rusty. Queen bedroom closet had broken door and filthy curtains and floor along with broken dresser drawers and handles. Main king bedroom had dirt all over floor, broken shower head and torn curtains, matress was old and extremely worn, closet shelving all broken and falling off wall,patio door extremely hard to open. Second king bedroom had broken glass on the back of the bed headboard, lamp shades ripped and dirty, bed was extremely uncomfortable and worn to the point when sitting down it sank in the middle and sounded as if it were going to collapse. Second bathroom was disgusting, blow dryer looked as if it was used in a horror movie, vents, floors, doors, shower completely gross. After contacting the host we were told they would make things right by email. The second to last day they sent a child maybe 12yrs old to our room who used the code to walk in while we were there to clean. The kid said he did not speak much English but was there to help clean. We turned him away and again contacted the host who said he would contact management. When we didn't hear back from him we tried calling and he did not answer the phone. There are no hangers and less then adequate towels for 6 people for one night. The property does not have an outdoor dining area or hot tub which are both on the listing. Pictures on listing are extremely old. Could only add 20 of the actual photos.

We were attending a conference at LaConte Convention Center, so the walk was super easy, there were plenty of towels, and it was very clean and quiet. Also the point person was so polite and helpful. He answered any questions quickly.

The decor and finishes, appliances, bath/shower are extremely outdated. (Although they all worked). The shower is a giant jacuzzi tub (so old you definitely wouldn’t want to use the jets), and all the walls IN the shower were mirrored, lol! Weird! There were 3 forks and no basket to hold the filter in the coffee maker. But, the price is right and we checked for bedbugs (there were none), and like I said, it was clean, so we had a great time!
