The apartment was great.

R4k plus was a bit steep for the area and the fact that it's a self catering apartment, I was hoping the R2k deposit is included on the total amount I paid and will be refunded, to my surprise no refund.

The apartment its not what I have chosen and paid for I paid R10700 for 5 nights but I was given apartment for R7500 room 302 that was not fair

The apartment is clean, modern and secure. Some shops and restaurants are about 5 to 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

There was a very strong acidic stench coming from the bathroom. We were told they would send people to check. We are not sure if this happened cause the smell was still there.

Was central and easy to get around. Security was extremely helpful Good internet

1. Room a lot smaller than expected. 2. Appreciate Nespresso machine but maybe provide some pods. 3. Maybe provide a bit of washing powder if you want to use the washing machine. 4. Please water the plants as we watered multiple times because some of plants are dying. 5. No airconditioning, just a fan not sufficient.

I waited for keys for a long time. Certain things didn’t work and shower drain blocked

Mid holiday clean and change of towels / bedding didn’t happen
