"Comfortable apartment with great view, little bit far from center"

Comfortable, new and very clean room with great view, has everything you might need in the apartment

Location is a little bit far away from center and there are lots of constructions around, might be difficult without a car. Also there was a problem with water drainage in the bathroom.
