Excellent location and friendly service

The room was large and clean, I didn’t meet the host but interactions with him were all positive.

To be honest, all I did was sleep there, I can’t comment on the other facilities. The shared bathroom was functional.

Excellent place to spend a restful night. Plenty of space in a quiet location, not far from the city center. Caleb is a great and welcoming host, providing all necessary information and help. He also kindly allowed to store our bikes inside his property which was a much appreciated gesture.

The bed was soft and the living utensils were well equipped. The room was well lit and cleaned. Overall very satisfied!

Value is OK, but the kitchen was always dirty, kitchen foor look like we're never clean. Always dirty dishes, dirty pots, dirty glasses, etc. Room was comfortable, bit put together with old furniture. For the cost, I guess is OK, but a little scrubbing goes a long way specially the kitchen. Or just keep kitchen out of the offering.

MC Suites proved to be exceptional host, that offered a professional and also individually tailored standard of hospitality. From the moment of our arrival, we received a very warm, and authentic welcome. Our host was available during our stay to attend to any particular needs we had, but was never obtrusive and maintained a courteous balance throughout. The property offers shared access to a kitchen (including a fridge, cooker, microwave, combined washing machine and dryer), dining and sitting room, and is situated very close to public transport links for easy access into both central Newcastle and Tynemouth / Whitley Bay etc. Segedunum Roman Fort is only 12 minutes away by bus. We would definitely stay again!

There was nothing not to like.

MC Suites proved to be the perfect host. From the moment we checked in we were made to feel very welcome, and were shown the extensive facilities that were available for our use as guests. We had access to a fully equipped shared kitchen, dining room and lounge. There is also a combined washing machine and dryer and even free toothbrushes! Situated East of Newcastle's city centre in Walkergate, MC Suites is easily accessible by bus, and also close to the Metro station. What impressed us most was the sense of perfecti hospitality. Nothing was too much trouble for our host, and clear communication was afforded both before, and throughout our stay. We would definitely stay again!

There was nothing not to like. I would have liked an extra pillow, but this was only a minor issue.
