The shower leaks and the refrigerator is weak

Their rooms are clean and confortable.

1. The owner shouldn't have advertised the accommodation on bookings before everything was done and they were fully able to accomodate clients. When we got there to check in(30-04-2024) the staff on duty said they are not open as yet but they anticipate opening on the (02-04-2024) but eventually we were checked in. When I took a shower the drain was not working at all, then I reported it, for that night for about 20 min the staff they were in and out of the same room trying to fix the shower drain and we were not moved to another room because there was non available and ready to be occupied by clients except the one we were in. After 30min they left without giving us any update. 5min later they knocked bringing a tissue since there was non in the room. Again after 5min or so another knock bringing the bin since there was non in the room(WHY BRING THEM 1 BY 1 INSTEAD OF BRINGING Them ALL AT ONCE) The following morning they sent another 2 gentleman's in to fix it after 15min or so one of the gentleman's asked that we be moved to another room which was being prepared so that it will be ready to be occupied by clients since the following day (02-04-2024) was their opening. Recommendations!!!!! 1. Install a mirror in every room 2. For Overnight clients put a soap and shower gel as per your commitment on your bookings.com profile 3. Do a test in all the room if the wifi network is sufficient. 4. There must be a quick method to spot clients at the gate and open unlike a client waiting for some time at the gate before it's opened.
