"Disappointing that booking.com doubled booked the same accommodation!"

It is really disappointing that on the day I was booked for, when I had called the owner of the place that I was running abit late then only was I informed that booking.com has made an error and double booked the place and that a couple was already occupying the place and that I should not come through. A day after that the owner has informed me that he had emailed you guys regarding my refund and that I should email you guys as well of which I have done, it is going over 2 weeks and I have still not recieved feedback from you guys neither have I recieved my refund and to me that is really dissappointing as this was my first time booking through booking.com. Please contact me on 0685815023 or email me through email murugasentylon4@gmail.com with feedback regarding my refund as I have not been to the accommodation neither have I stayed over there and it is only right that I get refunded that funds, even if it had to be credited to my wallet I would highly appreciate it.
