The apartment accommodations were absolutely wonderful and in a great location. Everything was spotless and beautifully appointed, and the host was quite lovely and gracious. Highly recommended if you’re looking to stay in Modena!

"The best place to stay period with the warmest and interesting host"

This apartment was absolutely incredible in a safe and secure building right off the piazza with an ever changing view of the duomo and piazza..the town itself kept us busy for two days and the food and people we met here in Modena, as you would expect was 100% ..Fabio was the consummate professional and very friendly host and we appreciated him meeting us at his private garage 4 minutes from the apartment which was a real bonus as we had a car. There was nothing we needed in the apartment which was well stocked and I would compare this to a $1500 to $2,000 a night one bedroom suite in grand hotels (I say this as a lifetime platinum starwood/marriott member who is well traveled in Europe. Thank you again Fabio for the privilege of staying here. Your attention to detail, great communications and friendly nature is exactly why we return to Italy time and time again. If you have a chance to stay here, don’t hesitate one second to secure this property

"More style than substance"

Good location. It’s like staying in the apartment of a wealthy old Italian bachelor. Interesting in that way.

If more than two staying, rest will be on temporary beds in the living room. Can probably do better for the price.

The breakfast was simple a croissant + drink but we rarely took advantage as there were so many local restaurants to explore.

Nothing comes to mind - it was a wonderful experience.

Absolutely amazing apt!!! The host, Fabio was exceptional! Everything was perfect, well explained and advised. I can’t wait to return. Luxury top of the line stereo plus amazing luxurious Aqua d Palma soaps. You couldn’t ask for better.

We loved the location, the view, the ambience, the attention to detail- embroidered pillow cases, the luxurious bath products, the apartment smelled amazing, the service Fabio provided. It was like meeting an old friend ad staying at their beautifully appointed guest apartment.
