Lack of water
PHRoom is clean and cozy. Bed is comfortable to sleep on. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Great location and in the center of Bacolod so it’s easy to go around. Highly recommended!

Water goes to the toilet floor & wet the towel rug because there is a gap between the floor & shower/toilet division, no shower door or curtain.
