Struttura accogliente e pulita con proprietaria molto disponibile. La struttura si trova inoltre vicino alla stazione, molto ultile sia per salire al centro storico che per arrivare a Roma.

Il bagno non era in camera come segnalato durante la prenotazione. Per una famiglia questo è un notevole svantaggio. L'ingresso del portone del palazzo molto rovinato.

L'host è stata gentilissima ad adeguarsi alle nostre esigenze con il check-in e premurosa nello spiegarci il tutto. La posizione della struttura è ottima e di fronte c'è anche un ampio parcheggio gratuito di cui poter usufruire. Stanza grande, spaziosa e pulita. Ci abbiamo dormito una notte come tappa del nostro tour in moto e la consiglierei sicuramente.

Fab location for rail station for ease of getting into Rome and the bed was very comfortable for a good nights sleep.

Wi-Fi was down due to some works but the owner did everything to try and get this sorted. The kitchen facilities were very basic as I thought there was a full kitchen but had gotten the wrong information off the website

Well, as mentioned above, above expectation. The apartment was basically brand new, great care of the building. The owner a "true lovely" Italian girl, very helpful and kind person. The place is located about 30 minutes away from Rome city center, quite surroundings and full of restaurant, not "tourist traps" but truly Italian restaurant, I am a100% Italian from Veneto, I know what I am saying. I suggest this accomodation in case you are travelling alone and couples, of any range of age. Again, I am proud to be Italian, the quality of the apartment is way above the average European standards and great location.

Great place to stay in Monterotondo.Big public parking right in front.Close to station and supermarket.The pizza place next door is good and a great value for money.The place was spotless clean, quiet and has all you need to feel like home.Jessica is a great hostess and greeted us with a big smile and warm attitude!Great value for money if you want to stay near Rome at a great price!

Some cutleries, glass and mugs instead of plastic cups would be nice ones to have 😊👌
