Very convenient location. Everything provided, host immensely helpful and friendly.

We should have been grateful for another blanket for the beds

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and included everything needed. It was nicely presented and the location was perfect for reaching Great Malvern by foot. The views were outstanding. The beds were very comfortable.

The water for the bath didn’t get as hot as I’d have liked. Being next to a cocktail bar at the weekend, there was noise and commotion in the night. Although it wasn’t ideal, we accept that the location could be lively at night.

We spent an enjoyable Christmas week in this iconic Malvern building. Having the Priory so close was very special on Christmas day and we took part in the Christingle on Christmas Eve. The flat is just a few moments walk from the Theatre, Priory Park and Waitrose.

The central heating stopped on Boxing Day which was an extremely cold night. Not wanting to disturb our host I waited until the following morning to contact her. And she helped us on the phone to put it right. The problem was a digital one apparently and 'does happen' Unfortunately, we had already used the logs for the wood burner over the previous two days as it was Christmas not realising we would be desperate for them on Boxing Day. There were inadequate blankets supplied for such an occasion and we ended up sleeping in our coats.

Absolutely everything you need! Super comfortable! Super equipped! Spotless! Really comfortable! Couldn’t be in a better position in Malvern and a great host,

Great location, stunning views and interior features. Comfortable bed. Great shower, plentiful hot water.

It's a shame there is no parking. Flat was quite cold and no central heating instructions (although we were fine).

Period property comfortably proportioned in the centre of Malvern.
