This was a superb stay at an excellent place. It is a well furnished, nicely appointed, clean, modern apartment. Great view. Close(ish) to Delisi metro station in an OK area, shops and a few cafes. No urban stress. I extended my stay. This is one of the good ones.

As one or more others have commented, the apartments are still being made, so there is occasional construction noise. Even at its worst it wasn't a problem. It was difficult to meet to get the key - would have been OK if I had brought a Georgian SIM card with internet.

Nice location, 5 minutes walk to the metro station. 30 minutes ride till the historical part of the city. Nice communication, uncomplicated check in/out. In the flat itself you have everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended.
